How it works:
- Go to your Invite Friends page (in the sidebar under Profile)
- Enter their email and add a personal message
- They get a clean invite email from you
- When they join, you climb the Referral Leaderboard

Yes, there was a error for 2-3 days where when people sent messages the notification came in as a friend request. We have corrected that yesterday.
