Community Guidelines

The rules of the house.

WOK is a community built by and for adults who are done being judged. These are the rules that keep it that way.

Our guidelines come down to five words: respect, consent, honesty, safety, and openness. If you can bring those, you belong here.

Who this community is for

WOK is for adults 18 and older who are interested in kink, fetish, BDSM, and living life on their own terms. Every kink, role, orientation, gender identity, and body is welcome — as long as you bring respect for the people around you.

We do not judge people by how they dress, what they're into, or who they love. We judge people by how they treat others.

Consent is everything

Consent is not just a rule here — it is the foundation of the whole community. That means:

  • Do not share sexually explicit content of another person without their consent.
  • Do not "leak," repost, or forward private content sent to you.
  • Do not send unsolicited explicit photos or videos in chat.
  • When someone says no, or stops responding — take that as a full sentence.
  • Do not pressure, guilt, or manipulate others into content, meetups, or interactions they do not clearly want.

Zero tolerance — never, ever

Some things are absolute lines. These will result in immediate removal, permanent bans, and where required by law, a report to authorities:

  • Any content depicting or sexualizing anyone under 18 — including drawings, animations, AI-generated imagery, or fictional writing.
  • Non-consensual sexual content — revenge posts, hidden cameras, or anything shared without the depicted person's consent.
  • Content depicting sexual violence, bestiality, incest, or anything otherwise illegal in the United States.
  • Threats of violence, hate speech, or targeted harassment of any user or group.
  • Solicitation of paid sex work, escort services, or trafficking of any kind.
  • Doxxing — sharing anyone's private information (real name, address, workplace, etc.) without their explicit consent.

Photos, videos, and Kinky Ads

When you post visual content or Kinky Ads on WOK, you are confirming:

  • Every person shown is at least 18 years old at the time it was taken.
  • You have permission from every person shown to post it here.
  • You are not using someone else's content without their permission.
  • You are following the same rules for consent and content standards described elsewhere on this page.

Use the friends-only visibility settings when you want to keep content between people you actually know and trust.

Groups, discussions, events, polls

If you run a group, host an event, or start a discussion, you are responsible for what happens in it. That means moderating your own space, removing rule-breaking content, and setting a tone that keeps the community around it healthy.

Abandoned, misused, or clearly rule-violating groups and events may be removed.

Chat and direct messages

Direct messages are your space to connect with other members. Just remember:

  • Ask before sending explicit content.
  • Take a "no" or a "stop" at face value.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or send hate to anyone.
  • Do not use chat to send spam, scams, or promotional content.
  • Chat is not end-to-end encrypted. Do not share anything you would not want a moderator to potentially see if abuse is reported.

Impersonation, spam, and scams

  • Do not impersonate other members, real people, brands, or the WOK team.
  • Do not use numeric-only or misleading usernames.
  • Do not spam DMs, comments, groups, or Kinky Ads with promotional or repeat content.
  • Do not run scams, phishing attempts, or crypto/investment/OnlyFans-referral schemes.
  • Do not try to move members off WOK to shady external sites or apps.

Be a person, not a bot

  • No automated scraping or bulk data extraction.
  • No malicious code, viruses, or attempts to break the platform.
  • No exploiting bugs to abuse features, inflate stats, or evade bans.
  • No creating new accounts to get around a suspension or ban.

Do this. Don't do that.

Bring this energy

  • Be honest about who you are and what you are into
  • Respect other people's boundaries and roles
  • Get consent before posting or sharing content of others
  • Use privacy controls when you want to
  • Report things that feel off
  • Assume good faith with new people

Leave this at the door

  • Judging people for who they love or what they are into
  • Sending unsolicited explicit content
  • Pressuring someone after they said no
  • Sharing anyone's private info
  • Impersonating other members or brands
  • Being a jerk because you can hide behind a screen

What happens if you break the rules

Depending on what happened, we may:

  1. Remove the content — the post, comment, ad, photo, or message goes away.
  2. Warn you — a heads up that something needs to change.
  3. Restrict features — for example, temporarily blocking uploads, messaging, or ad posting.
  4. Suspend or ban your account — temporarily or permanently, depending on severity and history.
  5. Report to authorities — for content or behavior that is illegal, especially anything involving minors, trafficking, or credible threats.

How to report and how to appeal
